RigHost

Authorized Use Only

You may only use RigHost tools and scripts on systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Executing check.sh or calling the API against systems without authorization is strictly prohibited and may be illegal.

Rate Limits

The anonymous API (/api/check) is rate-limited to 1 request per minute per IP address. The authenticated CLI API (/api/righost/submit) is rate-limited to 30 requests per minute per IP. Automated abuse or circumvention of rate limits will result in permanent IP bans.

Prohibited Activities

Automated bulk submissions or scraping
Attempting to bypass authentication or HMAC verification
Submitting false or misleading hardware data
Using the service to evaluate systems on behalf of others without their consent
Reverse engineering or reselling the evaluation engine

Script Transparency

We believe in full transparency. The check.sh script source is always publicly viewable at righost.com/check.sh. Always review scripts before piping them to bash.

Violations

Violations of this policy may result in account suspension, IP banning, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.
