What We Collect

When you use RigHost, we may collect:

  • Account information: name, email address, password (hashed)
  • Check run data: GPU model, VRAM, upload/download speeds, storage, OS, Docker status, CPU cores, RAM
  • Evaluation results: score, verdict, category breakdown, recommendations
  • Usage metadata: timestamps, source (wizard or CLI), IP address for rate limiting

What We Do Not Collect

  • We do not install tracking software on your machine
  • We do not read files, processes, or network traffic beyond what you explicitly submit
  • The anonymous CLI mode does not store any data beyond the current API response
  • We do not sell your data to third parties

How We Use Your Data

  • To display your check run history on your dashboard
  • To enforce free-plan monthly quotas
  • To improve the accuracy of our evaluation engine
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)

Data Retention

Check run data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which will remove all associated check runs and evaluations.

Security

CLI tokens are single-use and expire after 24 hours. Token secrets are stored and used only for HMAC verification. We use TLS for all data in transit.
